The simple, hearty cuisine served in Hôtel des 3 Vallées is made using fresh, regional produce and presented or served in dishes to share with family or friends.
With its fresh fruit juice, cereals, cured meats, farmhouse eggs, mountain cheese and selection of preserves and honeys, the breakfast buffet is not simply a pleasure for the taste buds, it’s also a chance to discover the best local produce, which can also be purchased in the fine-food grocery store. Served from 7.30am to 10.30am in the dining room, or in bedrooms in its classic “continental” version.
At the foot of the slopes, the hotel’s sunny terrace is the perfect place to relax and share good times with friends.
Lunch, dinner, teatime and aperitifs
At lunch and dinner time, share dishes made from selected seasonal produce. Back from the slopes, take a seat at one of the long tables and enjoy a selection of fine pastries and teas from the fine-food grocery, or sip a drink as you cosy up to the fireplace at cocktail hour.
The fine-food grocery of Hôtel des 3 Vallées offers a selection of mountain classics, including biscuits, honeys, preserves and brandies. Each season, new products are added to reflect our growing ties with small local producers.
